Durante el fin de semana descubríamos nuevos juegos que llegaban a la retrocompatibilidad de Xbox One. Se trataba de grandes títulos como Red Dead Redemption y otros juegos que eran muy interesantes para la comunidad. Ahora Larry Hryb ha comentado lo ocurrido este fin de semana.
Los juegos que se vieron están siendo probados
Larry Hryb, también conocido como Major Nelson, ha explicado la situación con los juegos retrocompatibles según informan en SomosXbox. Esta función se prueba mediante un emulador. Con estos juegos hubo un problema y se publicaron en la tienda mientras se comprobaba su compatibilidad. Por eso hubo algunos afortunados que pudieron incluirlo entre sus juegos de Xbox One si ya los tenían en Xbox 360.

El punto positivo es que estos juegos podrían llegar muy pronto a Xbox One. También demuestra que a pesar de no haber noticias, el equipo de Xbox sigue trabajando en ofrecernos nuevos juegos para Xbox One. Esperamos poder indicaros muy pronto nuevos juegos que funcionen bajo la retrocompatibilidad. De momento nos alegra ver como el equipo sigue trabajando en grandes títulos de la generación anterior.

Creo que lo que pasa es que la división para móviles es demasiado pequeña.
Aún así, dudo y mucho que abandonen. La semana pasada recibió otra build, seguramente seguirán durante un tiempo a ver como responden los desarrolladores y en un año o dos tomarán la decisión en base a esto.

El tema del abandono lo veo complicado. Éste es un mercado que interesa, y mucho, a menos que haya una nueva revolución.
Puedo creer que dejen de hacer terminales, pero el SO seguirán desarrollándolo.
Ahora mismo se ven “obligados” a seguir haciendo terminales para que el resto del mercado vea cómo funciona el SO, y se animen.
Cuando hayan suficientes partners desarrollando terminales, Microsoft podrá retirarse y dedicarse únicamente al soporte y desarrollo del SO (vamos, digo yo)
Que cuando actualices de 8.1 a 10 tuvieses que hacer hard reset no es algo para tomarse a las prisas, hay que ver como lo han ido corrigiendo, otro aspecto es que antes para cada mejora era una build nueva, ya están aplicando las actualizaciones acumulativas como en PC. Son cosas que un usuario final no-insider no tiene que comprender, solo quiere actualizar y usar. Saludos
Esto último es importante, porque es lo que permitía que en Desktop se puedan soltar actualizaciones a especie de incrementales sin preocuparse por dañar otra parte del OS, y por qué en W10M no se podía hacer lo mismo, y por el contrario había que retrasar y retrasar la liberación de una nueva build porque al mover algo, se movía otra cosa y a comenzar de nuevo. Espero que este GRAN cambio sea lo que se necesitaba para cumplir plazos con los usuarios.
Esa duda me queda. Las apps empezaron a llegar (ahora se han detenido de nuevo un poco), los fabricantes empezaron a llegar, Continuum como idea se vende solo (en eso sí coinciden los medios), solo falta que Microsoft haga lo suyo. Y es que todo el hype que había, ahora parece estar diluyéndose por esto último justamente: Microsoft.
Aún así, hemos esperado tanto, y nos hemos desilusionado de las fechas una y otra vez, que más negativos no podemos ser. Así que esperar nomás :) Total, de las “plataformas en llamas” ya estamos curados ;)

o dime que sistema operativo movil permite ejecutar casi tal cual aplicaciones de ios, incluso teniamos un emulador android pero al ser android alentaba el sistema enormemente y lo retiraron, las nuevas apis para las apps universales y demas
